Welcome to a workshop that will introduce the main principles of Ayurveda and how they can be used as a basis for living a healthier, happier life.
Fusing the principles of Ayurveda with yoga, essential oils and nutrition you'll discover a personal practice that answers your body's unique needs.
The day will consist of practical activities that will help you to understand how Ayurveda can help you - through discovering your own dosha, practicing yoga that balances the three doshas, the inclusion of essential oils and aromatherapy to heighten the benefits of the session, and a nutritious meal inspired by the roots of Ayurveda.
The workshop will run from 1pm until 4pm, with a break mid way for a meal of your choice from Foodwell's specifically tailored menu. We will also end the workshop with herbal teas that encourage digestion and balance the body after the physical (and mental!) exercise.
Based in a gorgeous venue at Old Bailey, we'll be hosting the workshop at Foodwell.
